I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right on the promenade with stunning views of the Bay of Naples. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, everything was spotless. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a great selection of continental options.

The room was stylish and comfortable, with large windows offering a fabulous view of the bay and Capri. The location was great, with a perfect seaside view and within walking distance of the Spanish Quarter and shopping area.- The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The breakfast was fairly basic and could be improved, lacking variety and options. It was difficult to close the blinds/shutters in the room, making it hard to achieve complete darkness for better sleep quality.

Loved our stay here and 100% recommend. Came here for 1 day, the hotel was beautifully kept, it had exceptionally nice location really close to the port on foot, ferry/ trains/ buses and lovely restaurants at the port. Our room was not only fashionable, but also modern with a breathtaking view and balcony, as for instance. All of the staff were very friendly, attentive.

From the moment we arrived until we left, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The modern-traditional blend of the accommodation was jaw-dropping. The breakfast spread was perfect and they even served coffee/tea to our liking. Our room had breathtaking ocean views and ample storage space. The location was ideal, surrounded by designer stores, a pedestrian promenade, and numerous restaurants. The boutique hotel staff was available 24/7 and always ready to assist. The rooms and dining area were spotless and the staff, especially Carlos, were super friendly and accommodating. We stayed here twice and the sea view room was bright, clean, and filled with natural light. The location was mind-blowing, just across from the sea and near outstanding bars and restaurants. The night and morning receptionists were very friendly and gave exceptional service. The staff even allowed a late check-out when I got sick during my last visit. The sea view room offered an amazing view with floor-to-ceiling glass patio doors. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to assist. The daily breakfast spread was delicious and the staff even offered a variety of coffee options. If we visit again, we would definitely choose to stay here.

The shower had issues with maintaining a consistent temperature, sometimes the water would suddenly become very hot or very cold. It was a bit inconvenient having to ring a bell to be let in and out of the hotel, as we prefer to have our own access without relying on others.

The breakfast options were fantastic, with a buffet spread that could rival a royal banquet. I indulged in the continental delights, feeling like a pampered prince as I filled my plate with delicious croissants and fresh fruits.

Taxi rides were necessary for most attractions, sometimes costing 15 euros.
